Oldest Evaporator Contest 2025

Q: Does my evaporator have to be in perfect condition?
A: No, it just has to be in some working condition. Minor wear and tear is expected, but the unit should still function for its intended purpose.

Q: Can I enter if I have an evaporator from another brand?
A: This contest is only open to Organomation evaporator models.

Q: Can I enter with an instrument that I purchased second-hand?
A: Yes, as long as it's still in use in your lab and we are able to verify its age via serial number.

Q: Which evaporator models qualify?
A: Any Organomation nitrogen evaporators or large scale evaporator models qualify, including the N-EVAP, MULTIVAP, MICROVAP, S-EVAP, or ROT-X-TRACT product lines. 

Q: How do you determine the age of the evaporator?
A: We'll ask for instrument photos and serial numbers to verify the unit's age in our records. 

Q: How can I use the store credit if I win?
A: Store credit can be used towards a new evaporator, gas generator, spare parts, or accessories. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or check. 

Q: Do the store credits expire?
A: Yes, store credits will expire after 5 years, and must be used within that timeframe. 

Q: How will the winners be announced?
A: Winners will be contacted directly and announced publicly on Organomation's LinkedIn page on October 6th, 2025.

1. Eligibility: Contest open to any lab, research facility, or organization currently operating an Organomation evaporator in working condition.

2. Valid Equipment: Only Organomation-manufactured evaporators are eligible. Units from other brands will not be considered.

3. Condition: Evaporator must be functional at the time of submission.

4. Proof of Age: Participants must submit at least one photo of the evaporator, along with the serial number and any available documentation (purchase records, manuals, service tags, etc.).

5. Prizes: First place - $5,000 USD in Organomation store credit. Second place - $2,000 USD in Organomation store credit. Third place - One free preventative maintenance kit for your specific evaporator model.

6. Prize Terms: Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. Credit may only be redeemed toward Organomation products, parts, or accessories.

7. Submission Window: Entries accepted from September 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

8. Winner Selection: Winners will be determined based on the verified age of the evaporator. In the event of a tie, condition and historical significance will be considered.

9. Announcement Date: Winners will be announced publicly on Organomation’s LinkedIn page on October 6, 2025.

10. Publicity: By entering, participants grant Organomation permission to share submitted photos and information about their evaporator on marketing channels.
